The “First-Aid Spatial Kit” initiative is a response, from the field of education, to an infrastructure crisis that began in February 2022 due to the war in Ukraine and that, so far, has caused the destruction of some 331 educational institutions throughout the country.
This project born from a workshops integrated into the curricula of students. During the workshops a series of universal inclusive spatial interventions for schools were developed – street furniture, playgrounds, pavilions, spatial solutions for bomb shelters, etc. The projects of the series of spatial solutions are published in the public domain with drawings, material calculations, and assembly instructions so that anyone can use them for their needs and realize their requests.
